    Get the clutter unnecessary items out of the way first. Packing everything up at once can be overwhelming, but breaking it down into various sessions can ease the stress of a big move.

  • Clean, Clean, Clean!

    Once you’re all packed up, now is the time to make small repairs and do the necessary touch-ups.

  • Select an Experienced Real Estate Agent

    Your agent should provide a consultation session to formulate a plan to best suit your personal needs and create a specific marketing plan for your neighborhood and current market.

  • Go Over the Plan & Stage Your Home

    Staging a home not only increases the speed of sale by 3-30x, but can increase a home sale by 20% on average!

  • Open House & Showings.

    Your real estate agent will handle all the details for both your grand open house and the showings following.

  • Go Over Offers.

    At this stage we will review all the offers. We will accept, counter-offers, adjust plan until we get what you want!

  • Buyer Inspection & Repairs

    Now the inspection occurs and necessary repairs are completed.

  • Appraisal

    An appraiser evaluates all elements of the home including location and structure to assess real value. The bank will order the appraisal.

  • Title & Loan Processing

    This part of the process with the appraisal and inspector typically takes 14-30 days.

  • Closing!

    Closing by passing title to buyer and receiving your check!
